Digital SQDC (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost) boards, lean daily management without the whiteboard maintenance.

Problem

Physical SQDC boards went stale between updates, and the data behind them lived in someone’s binder, invisible to anyone not standing in front of the board.

Solution

Two connected modules: a content manager where owners maintain each letter’s metrics and actions, and a display mode that renders boards full-screen for shop-floor screens, always current, no markers required.

Impact

Daily management boards update themselves from entered data; the morning meeting reads live boards instead of yesterday’s handwriting.
