Warehouse Scheduling System

Warehouse scheduling built on raw warehouse-management report exports, the schedule everyone needs, without the spreadsheet ritual.

Problem

Warehouse scheduling ran on data exported from SAP and reshaped by hand into a working schedule, daily effort, and the result lived in one person’s spreadsheet.

Solution

A system that ingests the raw exported reports, structures them into a database, and renders the working schedule for everyone who needs it, current, shared, and searchable, with operations views on top of the same data. As with all my SAP work, it operates on exported reports; nothing inside SAP is modified.

Impact

The schedule became a shared, always-current view instead of a private spreadsheet rebuilt each morning.
